Own part of the assets that used to need millions.
VionX is building a tokenisation marketplace for IFSCA's FinTech Sandbox Framework, 2026, covering real estate, private companies, bonds, commodities and secured loans, in units anyone eligible can hold.
Today you can register interest and be first in line when listings open.

IllustrationYour share2.5%
- One unit
- $2,000
- Units you'd hold
- 25 of 1,000
Based on a $2 million office building split into 1,000 units. Real unit sizes and minimums are set for each listing.
One marketplace, built for both sides
Investors get access to assets that were out of reach. Asset owners get access to capital beyond a single buyer.
Real assets, in sizes that make sense
Hold part of a building, a bond or a private company, with the same paperwork you'd expect from any regulated investment.
How investing worksSmaller amounts
Assets that usually need millions are split into units, so you choose how much to put in.
A familiar folio
Your holdings, statements and payouts in one place, like a mutual fund account.
Built for NRIs too
Designed so investors outside India can take part through the IFSC, under the eligibility rules that apply to them.
Five kinds of real assets
Each listing tells you plainly what you own.
Real estate
Units representing part of one property.
- Where returns come from
- Rent paid by tenants, and any change in the property's value when it is sold.
- Typical holding period
- Usually several years.
- What the listing will show you
- The asset, its terms, the risks, every fee and the supporting documents.
What changes compared with private markets today
| Traditional private markets | VionX | |
|---|---|---|
| Minimum to get in | Often millions of dollars for a direct stake in a building or company | One unit, with the unit size set for each listing |
| Proof of what you own | A statement from the manager | A record you can check independently, plus statements |
| Information before you decide | Varies from deal to deal | The same standard fact sheet for every listing |
| Investing from outside India | Separate paperwork for each deal | One route through the IFSC, once admitted to IFSCA's sandbox |
| Selling before the end | Find a buyer yourself | Transfer to eligible investors, once secondary trading is licensed |
How it works
Two journeys that meet at a listing.
If you own an asset
Tell us about the asset
Share basic details and documents. Nothing is public at this stage.

Independent checks
Legal and valuation checks are completed by independent parties.
Go live
The listing opens to eligible investors with a full fact sheet.
If you want to invest
Verify once
Complete KYC with your PAN, DigiLocker and a bank account, as with any investment account.

Choose your amount
Pick how many units to buy. You see the total before you confirm.
Track your folio
See holdings, statements and payouts in one place.
Built to be checked, not just trusted
These are the safeguards the licensed platform is being built around.
Assets held separately
Each asset is held separately from VionX, never on VionX's balance sheet.
A clear record
Every allotment and transfer is recorded and shown on your statement.
Independent audits
The systems that record ownership are reviewed by an outside security auditor before anything goes live.
Your data protected
Personal data is encrypted, access is limited by role, and every view or change is logged.

Then

A small group of pilot assets within the sandbox, open to eligible investors.
Target 2027
Public launch
Subject to regulatory approval. A target, not a commitment.
It connects investors with owners of real estate, private equity, bonds, commodities and collateralised loans who want to offer their assets in smaller units, so more people can access them at a lower entry point.
It takes a large, hard-to-divide asset, such as a building, a bond or a fund stake, and records ownership of it in smaller units. Instead of buying the whole asset, you can hold a part of it, much like owning a few shares of a company instead of the whole company.
Five categories to start: real estate, private equity, bonds, commodities and collateralised loans. Each listing will state the asset type, indicative value and key terms before you commit any interest.
Owning a part of an asset brings the entry point down significantly compared with buying the whole asset. Minimum amounts will be published for each listing once the platform is live; there is no single platform-wide minimum.
The platform is being built so that every holding is clearly recorded, the underlying assets are kept separate from VionX, and the systems are independently audited before use. These are the standards we are building to; see "Is the platform regulated today?" for where things stand.
